Facelift (Rhytidectomy)

As we age and our skin loses its tightness and elasticity we can begin to feel that our outer appearance doesn’t reflect the energetic and vibrant person we still are on the inside. A facelift can give you a rejuvenated appearance so that you can continue living life rather that worrying about what your expression is saying about you. A full facelift can address sagging and deep wrinkles on your forehead, eyelids, cheeks, jowls, and neck. This procedure involves tightening not only the skin but also the underlying fat and muscle.

Mid-Facelift

A mid-facelift is used for someone who has lost fullness in the upper cheek area and involves the areas of the face from the corners of the eyes to the sides of the mouth. Cheek skin and muscles are repositioned vertically back towards the eyes.

Lower Facelift

Often combined with a neck lift or full facelift, a lower facelift tightens the skin of the lower face to correct deep facial wrinkles, a sagging neck, and jowls. Tissues and muscles are repositioned, fat deposits are removed, excess skin is removed, and facial skin is tightened.

Eyelid Lift (Blepharoplasty)

The aging process, heredity, skin type, and environmental factors can all cause the eyelids to become heavy and sag. During and eyelid lift, fatty deposits are removed or repositioned. Excess skin and muscles are removed to brighten and restore the appearance of the eyes. An eyelid lift can be done on the upper eyelids, lower eyelids, or both.

Neck Lift (Lower Rhytidectomy)

A neck lift is a good solution for those who want to improve their neck definition but don’t need or want a full facelift. Many of these patients are in their 30s and 40s and consider their neck their only major facial aging issue. Neck lifts restore youthful contouring on the neck and jawline. During the procedure, excess fatty deposits and skin under the chin are removed, skin is tightened, and muscle banding in the neck is corrected to create a more natural angle under the chin.

Chin Sculpting

In a profile, the chin should ideally project out as far as the lower lips to achieve the most balanced and proportional facial appearance. For some, the appearance of the chin line goes unnoticed until the aging process causes the chin to recede more than desired. A biocompatible implant, inserted through an incision in the mouth, can correct this. If only minor changes are needed, a less invasive dermal filler may be used.

Brow Lift

Some of the most common signs of aging include sagging skin and wrinkle lines on the forehead and around the eyes, causing you to convey a constant expression of anger, sadness, or fatigue. A browlift can restore your brow to a natural position, improving lines around your eyes and raising sagging brows that may be hooding the upper eyelids. Other treatment options include an eyelid lift, facelift, or use of injectable fillers.

Nose Reshaping (Rhinoplasty)

Rhinoplasty is a surgical procedure that reshapes or resizes the nose, changes the span of the nostrils, or alters the angle between the nose and the upper lip. Rhinoplasty is one of the most common plastic surgery procedures done today and it’s performed for a variety of reasons. Some of these include a visible bump on the nasal bridge, a nasal tip that’s droopy or enlarged, a nose that is off-center or crooked, and deformity due to birth defects, or a previous injury that has made the nose asymmetrical. Rhinoplasty can provide balance to your face and correct impaired breathing and reduce snoring.

Lip Augmentation

If you are looking for a more permanent and refined option for fuller lips, we offer lip implants and fat grafts, also known as fat transfers. During a lip implant procedure, implants are placed into the lips through incisions made at the corners of the mouth. Implants provide an even, natural-looking result. During a fat transfer, fat cells are taken from other parts of the body and injected into the lips. Fat grafting, is long lasting but should not be considered permanent. As you age you will lose volume in yourfat, therefore a repeat procedure may be needed.

Lip Reduction

Lips that are too full can interfere with speech, as well as eating and drinking and overshadow the face causing many people to feel self-conscious. A lip reduction can help create a balance between the upper and lower lips and the entire face, as well as provide contouring for lips that lack shape. It can also serve to remove excess skin in the around the inner lips or correct a lip augmentation procedure that may have left your lips disproportionate.

Double-Eyelid Procedure (Asian Blepharoplasty)

An Asian Blepharoplasty is a procedure, often for people in their teens, twenties, and thirties who are unhappy with the natural shape of their eyes, and desire a wider and brighter eye opening. During this procedure, skin around the eyes is reshaped to create or redefine a crease on the upper eyelid. Unlike the original blepharoplasty procedure, during an Asian blepharoplasty, skin and fat removal are minimal, and, in many cases, no fat is removed at all.

Ear Pinning (Otoplasty)

Otoplasty, a procedure more commonly performed on children than adults, changes the shape, position, or size of the ears. Otoplasty patients generally want to correct how far their ears “stick-out” on the sides of their face or may seek to correct a birth defect or ear injury. After making a small incision at the back of the ears, cartilage and skin are altered to pull the ears back, restoring balance and proportion to the face. This procedure can be performed after the ears have reached full size, usually around age five or six.

Cheek Augmentation (Cheek Implant)

Patients looking to fill sunken cheeks, enhance their cheekbones, or provide contouring to the face may be good candidates for cheek implants. There are three general types of cheek implants: malar, submalar, and combined. Some implants, such as those made with silicone, can be removed later. Others integrate with the natural bone tissue and become part of thecheek structure. Incisions for surgery are usually made inside the mouth soscarring is minimal.

Fat Transfer (Fat Injections)

A fat transfer procedure transfers fat cells from areas such as the abdomen or outer thighs where you may have excess fat, into areas where you may be lacking volume, including your hands, face, breast, or buttocks. Fat Injections are long lasting and provide very smooth and natural looking results.

Facial Liposuction (Liposcultpure)

Have you been working to slim down but just can’t seem to lose that heavier look in your face? After all there is no way to “tone” your face through exercise. Liposculpture is a non-invasive procedure that instantly slims and defines the face by removing those unwanted pockets of fat cells and fatty tissue from the chin, jowls, and neck. Liposculpture can offer a big change in appearance for younger patients but may need to be combined with other procedures such as a facelift, browlift, or eyelid lift to achieve optimal results in older patients.

Facial Reconstruction

Facial reconstructive surgery is performed to restore your facial features that have been disfigured or damaged by abnormal development, trauma, illness, or other medical procedures. Each procedure is determined by the type and severity of the deformity as well as your current condition. Most importantly, we want to safely help you look and feel like you again.
